Hợp đồng 2: Bán hoặc mua ngoại tệ với tỷ giá co ky hạn
Ngoài ra một loạt các nghiệp vụ khác cũng được NHTW sử dụng trong Nghiệp vụ thị trường mở như: phát hành, chứng chỉ nợ của NHTW, giao dịch hoán đổi các chứng khoán đến hạn .
