Bộ Tài chính lập Báo cáo tổng hợp định kỳ 6 tháng và cả năm về tình hình giải ngân, rút vốn, thanh toán và trả nợ đối với nguồn vốn ODA, vốn vay ưu đãi vay nợ ở cấp quốc gia theo Mẫu IV-GSĐG 7 trong Phụ lục IV của Thông tư này trình Thủ tướng Chính phủ (bằng văn bản), thông báo cho Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư và các cơ quan liên quan (bằng văn bản và thư điện tử). Báo cáo 6 tháng đầu năm gửi trước ngày 31 tháng 7 hàng năm và báo cáo năm gửi trước ngày 15 tháng 02 năm sau.

Results (English) 1:

The Ministry of Finance set up periodic synthesis reports of 6 months and a year of disbursement situation, withdrawal of capital, payment and repayment for ODA, concessional loan debt financing at the national level under model IV-GSĐG 7 in annex IV of this circular process of Prime (written) , notification to the Ministry of planning and investment and related agencies (written and electronic mail). First 6 reports submitted before 31 July each year and report in on Feb. 15, submitted the following year.

Results (English) 2:

The Ministry of Finance established synthesis report every 6 months and the whole year of disbursement, withdrawal, payment and repayment of ODA capital and preferential loans in the national debt on Form IV-M & E 7 in Appendix IV of this Circular to the Prime Minister (in writing), notify the Ministry of Planning and Investment and relevant agencies (in writing and e-mail). The report sent the first 6 months before the annual July 31 and annual reports submitted by the 15th month after 02 years.
