Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Khánh Hòa xin gửi đến Hội nghị Diễn đàn Thị trưởng các thành phố thế giới 2016 – Bộ Phát triển Singapore lời chào trân trọng nhất và lấy làm vinh dự phúc đáp Thư mời của Ông Lawrence Wong, Chủ tịch Hội nghị Diễn đàn Thị trưởng các thành phố thế giới về việc tham dự Hội nghị, cụ thể như sau:
Đoàn đại biểu cấp cao tỉnh Khánh Hòa do Ông Lê Đức Vinh, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Khánh Hòa, làm Trưởng đoàn sẽ tham dự Hội nghị tại Singapore từ ngày 10/7 đến ngày 14/7/2016.
Với chủ đề “Đổi mới thành phố để nắm bắt cơ hội”, Hội nghị sẽ là một dịp thuận lợi để các lãnh đạo, chuyên gia thảo luận các vấn đề về đô thị, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm xây dựng đô thị bền vững và mở rộng quan hệ hợp tác giữa các địa phương trên thế giới. Nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của Hội nghị lần này, Đoàn đại biểu tỉnh Khánh Hòa tham dự Hội nghị gồm 07 thành viên:
1. Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Khánh Hòa (Trưởng đoàn);
2. Giám đốc Sở Ngoại vụ;
3. Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng;
4. Giám đốc Ban Quản lý Dự án phát triển tỉnh;
5. Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố Nha Trang;
6. Lãnh đạo Văn phòng Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh;
7. Cán bộ Sở Ngoại vụ (phiên dịch).
Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Khánh Hòa bày tỏ sự trân trọng và đánh giá cao nỗ lực của Ban Tổ chức trong việc xây dựng Chương trình Diễn đàn Hội nghị Thị trưởng các thành phố thế giới 2016 với nhiều nội dung quan trọng mang tính thực tiễn. Đặc biệt, phiên họp ngày Thứ Ba (12/7/2016) với chủ đề “Thành phố mong muốn – Đối tác thành công cho phát triển bền vững” và “Thành phố cho cư dân – Đổi mới vì cộng đồng bền vững”; Phiên họp ngày Thứ Tư (13/7/2016) với chủ đề “Đầu tư cho một tương lai đô thị bền vững” rất phù hợp với tình hình phát triển của thành phố Nha Trang nói riêng và tỉnh Khánh Hòa nói chung.
Để chuyến công tác của Đoàn đại biểu tỉnh Khánh Hòa đạt được kết quả tốt đẹp, Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Khánh Hòa rất mong Ban tổ chức Hội nghị Diễn đàn Thị trưởng các thành phố thế giới năm 2016 quan tâm, tạo điều kiện và hỗ trợ Đoàn đại biểu tham dự các phiên họp của Hội nghị, đặc biệt là các phiên họp Thứ Ba và Thứ Tư.
Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Khánh Hòa hoàn toàn tin tưởng rằng việc Đoàn đại biểu tỉnh Khánh Hòa tham dự các phiên làm việc của Hội nghị sẽ góp phần tích cực vào công cuộc xây dựng và phát triển đô thị bền vững của tỉnh Khánh Hòa, đồng thời củng cố hơn nữa quan hệ hợp tác toàn diện giữa tỉnh Khánh Hòa, Việt Nam và Singapore, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực kinh tế và phát triển đô thị.
