Về phân phối cần tích cực thiết lập thêm các kênh phân phối, đẩy mạnh phát triển thị trường các tỉnh. Vì bia Heineken là bia cao cấp nên Heineken khá phổ biến ở các thành phố lớn như Hà Nội, TP Hồ Chí Minh, Đà Nẵng,… nhưng chưa thật sự tạo được chỗ đứng ở thị trường các tỉnh khác. Lý do chủ yếu là thu nhập bình quân của người dân ở các khu vực này còn chưa cao và họ vốn quen thuộc với các loại bia Việt Nam, các nhãn hiệu bia địa phương
