Những doanh nghiệp có lao động làm ăn lương theo sản phẩm, nếu ngoài giờ tiêu chuẩn mà doanh nghiệp có yêu cầu làm thêm số lượng và khối lượng sản phẩm ngoài định mức hoặc những công việc phát sinh chưa xác định có trong kế hoạch, mà cần người lao động làm thêm giờ, thì đơn giá tiền lương của những sản phẩm làm thêm được trả tính như sau:
