1.4.2. The doctrine of the Herzberg two-factor [22]
Herzberg theorized two elements of satisfaction at work and motivation, he divided into 2 groups of elements as follows.
Group 1: Includes cofactors key to motivation and satisfaction in work as follows: the success, recognition of achievement, inner nature of work, responsibility and the promotion of labor.
`that's the elements belonging to the public work and the needs of the people themselves. When these needs are met, it will create motivation for each person.
Group 2: Include the environmental elements of the organization: The regime and policy management, supervision of work, wages , human relationships within the organization and working conditions.
the theory has only series but factors affecting motivation and satisfaction needs of each person, and also influential basic to design and redesign in many organizations
