Liên quan đến việc các phương tiện vận tải nặng chở vật liệu cung cấp cho công ty Sungshin sản xuất bê tôn, hang ngày đi qua cầu An Khánh và đường D8 thuộc dự án Splendora đã làm rơi vãi vật liệu, bùn đất, bụi bẩn, gây ô nhiễm mặt đường, làm hỏng lớp mặt đường và gây mất an toàn giao thông. Đại diện cư dân khu đô thị Splendora đã yêu cầu Ban quản lý khu đô thị làm việc với Công ty Sungshin Vina, và đưa ra yêu cầu:
1) Công ty Sungshin Vina phải có biện pháp giảm ô nhiễm môi trường cho tuyến đường từ cầu An Khánh đến hết đường D8 thuộc Dự án Splendora (Hiện tại Công ty sungshin Vina chỉ tưới nước hàng ngày mà không quét dọn mặt đường chỉ giảm bụi nhưng làm mặt đường luôn ướt và có bùn nhão)
2) Sửa chữa mặt đường D8 bị hư hỏng để tránh tai nạn cho các phương tiện giao thông
C. AGREEMENT:
1) Công ty Sungshin Vina sẽ tiếp tục thực hiện việc tưới nước hang ngày cho mặt đường từ cầu An Khánh đến hết đường D8 thuộc dự án Splendora, đồng thời sẽ thực hiện việc vệ sinh mặt đường và cầu An Khánh it nhất 2 lần/ tuần.
2) Để đảm bảo môi trường sạch sẽ hơn cho khu đô thị Splendora trong dịp tết dương lịch và âm lịch, Công ty Sungshin Vina sẽ thực hiện vệ sinh sạch sẽ toàn bộ cầu An Khánh và đường D8 trước ngày 31/12/2015 và 05/2/2016
3) Công ty Sungshin Vina sẽ tiến hành sửa chữa mặt đường D8 và xong trước ngày 31/1/2015.

Results (English) 1:

THE AGREEMENT:1) Sungshin Company Ltd will continue to perform on the road to the cave watering from the bridge to the end of the D8 An Khanh in Splendora's project, at the same time will make the road surface hygiene and Anqing bridge it for 2 times a week.2) To ensure a clean environment for Splendora's urban area in the calendar and lunar new year occasion, Sungshin Vina company will implement restroom clean the entire globe Anqing and the D8 before 31/12/2015 and 5/2/20163) Sungshin Company Ltd will conduct surface repair the D8 and done before 31/1/2015.

Results (English) 2:

Involves the heavy vehicles carrying material supply company manufacturing concrete Sungshin respect, daily crossing and road D8 Anqing bridge project did Splendora material spillage, mud, dirt , polluting the pavement, damage the pavement and causing unsafe traffic. (See photo attached).
Representatives Splendora urban residents requested the urban management work with Sungshin Vina Company, and making the request:
1) the company must take measures Sungshin Vina reduce cell environmental contamination from bridge Anqing route to the end of the project D8 Splendora (Sungshin Vina company currently only watered daily without sweeping pavement reduced dust but just do always wet pavement and sludge)
2) Repair of damaged pavement D8 to avoid accidents to the vehicle
C. AGREEMENT:
1) The company will continue Sungshin Vina perform daily watering the pavement from Anqing bridge to the end of the project D8 Splendora, and will perform surface cleaning of roads and bridges Anqing least 2 times / week.
2) To ensure a cleaner environment for Splendora urban areas during the holiday calendar and the lunar calendar, the Company will perform Sungshin Vina clean the entire bridge and road D8 Anqing before date 12/31/2015 and 05/2/2016
3) The Company will conduct Sungshin Vina pavement and before March 31.01.2015 D8.
