Người lao động làm việc tại công ty

Người lao động làm việc tại công ty đủ 12 tháng trở lên (từ ngày ký HĐLĐ) thì sẽ có phép năm là: 14 ngày áp dụng đối với người lao động làm việc trong điều kiện bình thường. Người lao động làm việc tại công ty chưa đủ 12 tháng (từ ngày ký HĐLĐ) thì ngày phép được tính là:
Số ngày nghỉ hàng năm = 14/ 12 tháng x Số tháng làm việc thực tế trong năm

The employee worked at the company for 12 months or more (from the date of signing the labor contract) would have allowed in the 14 days applies to employees working in normal conditions. The employee worked at the company for less than 12 months (from the date of signing the labor contract), it is counted as leave days:
