1.THÀNH LẬP BAN ĐIỀU HÀNH:

Các thành viên đồng nhất ý kiến thành lập Ban Điều Hành khối khách sạn

Bavico thuộc Công Ty BẠCH VIỆT,bao gồm các thành viên sau :

- Ông Phan Quang Đại

- Ông Phan Hữu Đức

- Bà Lê Thị Lan

- Ông Hồ Tùng Giang

- Ông Bùi Mạnh Hùng

- Bà Cao Hoàng Uyên

- Bà Hà Hàng Vân

2. TIÊU CHÍ HOẠT ĐỘNG CỦA BAN ĐIỀU HÀNH :

- Tất cả các vấn đề được đưa ra bàn bạc và giải quyết qua email hoặc tổ

chức họp.

- Thống nhất biểu quyết theo tỷ lệ quá bán.

3. NHIỆM VỤ & QUYỀN HẠN CỦA BAN ĐIỀU HÀNH:

- Chịu trách nhiệm về mọi hoạt động điều hành. Chịu trách nhiệm về

doanh thu phòng ở và dịch vụ, tuyển dụng nhân sự cao cấp, phát triển dự

án

- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, giám sát ngân sách hoạt động đã được phê

duyệt. Kiểm tra, phê duyệt các hợp đồng thu mua lựa chọn nhà cung cấp.

Phê duyệt các chính sách khuyến mãi, hợp đồng bán phòng và dịch vụ với

giá đặc biệt

- Quyết định các vấn đề quan trọng trong các hoạt động điều hành của toàn

hệ thống khách sạn Bavico

- Duyệt các chi phí hoạt động từ 21 triệu đến 40 triệu dựa theo bảng kinh

phí của năm đã được Tổng Giám Đốc phê duyệt

- Thống nhất chủ trương ngoài tầm phê duyệt và trình Tổng Giám Đốc phê

duyệt.

- Tuyển dụng nhân sự từ vị trí trưởng bộ phận trở lên.

- Đề xuất, bình bầu và trình Tổng Giám Đốc phê duyệt nhân sự quản lý

cao cấp

4. NHIỆM VỤ & QUYỀN HẠN CỦA GIÁM ĐỐC ĐIỀU HÀNH KHÁCH

SẠN:

- Quyết định các vấn đề liên quan đến công việc điều hành khách sạn theo

ủy quyền của Tổng Giám Đốc và theo quyền hạn được giao và chịu sự

giám sát của Ban Điều Hành.

- Tham mưu về chuyên môn, về công tác quản lý hoạt động của các khách

sạn, nhà hang, các dịch vụ khác cho Tổng giám đốc và Ban điều hành. Đề

xuất giải pháp củng cố, hoàn thiện, phát triển các chính sách, chủ trương,

chiến lược phát triển của Công ty.

- Xây dựng chiến lược và phương hướng phát triển ngắn và dài hạn của

khách sạn về các khối dịch vụ và phòng ở.

- Có trách nhiệm tuân thủ nghiêm túc quy định pháp luât, các quy định nội

bộ của Công ty. 

- Chịu trách nhiệm trước Tổng giám đốc, Ban Điều hành về việc thực hiện

các quyền và nhiệm vụ được giao nói trên và các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân

công cụ thể của Tổng giám đốc và  Ban Điều hành

- Kiến nghị việc bổ nhiệm, miễn nhiệm, bãi nhiệm, xử lý kỷ luật, khen

thưởng và phân công công việc cho CBNV từ cấp trợ lý trưởng phòng trở

xuống.

Kế hoạch thường xuyên đào tạo, huấn luyện nhân viên đạt theo tiêu chuẩn

của từng khách sạn.

- Phê duyệt các kế hoạch của khách sạn, nhà hàng và của các đơn vị được

phân công phụ trách với hạn mức phê duyệt dưới 20 triệu.

Báo cáo hàng ngày các hoạt động, các đề xuất vượt thẩm quyền quyết định

lên Ban Điều Hành và Tổng Giám Đốc.

5. ĐIỀU ĐỘNG NHÂN SỰ CAO CẤP TIẾP NHẬN, SET UP, QUẢN LÝ,

HUẤN LUYỆN TẠI CÁC DỰ ÁN MỚI

- Mr. Đại chịu trách nhiệm phát triển các dự án mới qua hình thức thuê

lại

- Mr. Hùng chịu trách nhiệm về huấn luyện, đào tạo và set up

- Ms. Lan chịu trách nhiệm về các thủ tục pháp lý điều động và tuyển

dụng nhân sự.

- Mr. Trường chịu trách nhiệm set up hệ thống bếp, nhà hàng tại các dự

án mới

- Mr. Đức và Ms. Ngân chịu trách nhiệm về truyền thông, quảng bá và

kinh doanh

- Điều động Ms. Son (FOM Nha Trang) hoặc Mr. Nghiệp (FO Sup Đà

- Điều động Ms. Phước (Sales Manager Đà Lạt) tạm quyền điều hành

- Tuyển dụng thêm 2 Phó Giám Đốc điều hành là người địa phương tại
