Dù nền kinh tế còn nhiều khó khăn, thị trường bất động sản thanh khoản chưa cao, nhưng nhờ sự nắm bắt kịp thời xu hướng thị trường, chi nhánh đã mở rộng cho vay nhu cầu nhà ở một cách hiệu quả. Nếu so sánh tỉ trọng dư nợ cho vay nhu cầu nhà trên dư nợ tín dụng bán lẻ và thu nhập từ cho vay nhu cầu nhà ở/ thu nhập từ tín dụng bán lẻ thì ta thấy ngay tỉ trọng về thu nhập của cho vay nhu cầu nhà ở luôn cao hơn tỉ trọng dư nợ cho vay nhu cầu nhà ở.
