Tuy công ty không nói rõ nhiệm vụ và sứ mệnh , nhưng công ty đưa ra các chiến lược phát triển cụ thể. Công ty đề cập đến 6 chiến lược chính:
_ Phát triển bền vững cho các mỏ công ty đang khai thác. Thực hiện các bước thăm dò, khai thác, chế biến, việc sử dụng luôn song hành với yếu tố bảo vệ môi trường.

_ Mở rông thị phần mới, tăng cường quan hệ và chăm sóc mảng thị phần khách hàng thân thiết. Mở rộng đại lý và điểm bán hàng tại Việt Nam.
_ Hoàn thiện các chương trình quản lý sản xuất, quản lý kỹ thuật, giữ gìn tốt các máy móc thiết bị và chỉ đạo tốt các chương trình trong sản xuất. Đảm bảo an toàn về môi trường và con người.
