Kể từ ngày cuối cùng của Thời Hạn H

Kể từ ngày cuối cùng của Thời Hạn Hoàn Thành (nếu Các Bên Bán không có Đề Nghị Gia Hạn) hoặc ngày kết thúc thời gian gia hạn Thời Hạn Hoàn Thành hoặc trong vòng 03 (ba) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được văn bản thông báo của Các Bên Bán như quy định tại Điều 6.3 mà Các Bên vẫn không thể thống nhất được về việc Điều Kiện Chuyển Nhượng đã được hoàn thành hay chưa thì bất kỳ Bên nào cũng có quyền chấm dứt Thoả Thuận này. Việc xử lý Tiền Đặt Cọc sẽ do Các Bên thoả thuận. Trong trường hợp Các Bên không thoả thuận được về việc Điều Kiện Chuyển Nhượng đã hoàn thành hay chưa hay về việc xử lý Tiền Đặt Cọc thì bất kỳ Bên nào cũng có quyền khởi kiện ra trọng tài theo quy định của Điều 10.7 của Thoả Thuận này.
