3.1. Trách nhiệm của Bên A: cung cấ

3.1. Trách nhiệm của Bên A: cung cấp đầy đủ, kịp thời các giấy tờ, liên quan đến hồ sơ, chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác đối với các giấy tờ theo yêu cầu của Bên B.
3.2. Trách nhiệm của Bên B: cử nhân viên tư vấn pháp luật, đại diện theo ủy quyền cho Bên A và thực hiện đúng các nội dung đã ký kết trong hợp đồng với khả năng tốt nhất có thể.
3.3. Mọi quyết định của Bên B tại tòa phải được sự thống nhất của Bên A.
3.4. Bên B chỉ thực hiện các nghĩa vụ tương ứng khi nhận được các khoản thanh toán của Bên A. Đối với khoản phí thanh toán lần 1 quy định tại Điều 2.2.1 của hợp đồng này sẽ không được hoàn lại trong mọi trường hợp.

3.4. Lessee shall perform the duties corresponding to payments received by Party A. For 1st payment fees provided for in Article 2.2.1 of the contract will not be refunded in any case.
