4.5 Việc bảo hành phải được bắt đầu trong vòng không quá 01 ngày làm việc sau khi nhận được thông báo (bằng email hoặc điện thoại) của THP và hoàn thành trong thời gian được cả hai Bên chấp thuận. Nếu quá thời hạn này mà Nhà cung cấp không bắt đầu thực hiện bảo hành hoặc Nhà cung cấp không thể bảo hành đúng như thỏa thuận thì THP có quyền sử dụng bên thứ ba thực hiện việc bảo hành này, toàn bộ chi phí cho việc bảo hành chi trả cho bên thứ ba sẽ do Nhà cung cấp chịu và Nhà cung cấp thanh toán lại cho THP các chi phí bảo hành đó trong vòng 07 ngày kể từ ngày THP yêu cầu. Việc Bên thứ ba thực hiện bảo hành như trên không miễn trừ bất kỳ trách nhiệm nào của Nhà cung cấp quy định tại Hợp Đồng này, bao gồm trách nhiệm bảo hành tiếp theo trong thời hạn bảo hành.

If this period too that vendors do not begin to make warranties or supplier cannot warranty that the agreement then the THP reserves the right to use third party guarantee, the cost for the warranty pay for third parties by the supplier and the billing provider back for warranty expenses THP within 07 days of THP asks. The Third Party warranty as above does not exempt any liability of the supplier stipulated in this Contract, including warranty next in the warranty period.

If the time limit the Supplier does not start performing warranty or Supplier can not guarantee the THP as agreement may use third parties to perform this warranty, the entire cost of warranty payments to third parties by the Supplier and the Supplier shall be reimbursed for the cost THP warranty within 07 days of THP request. The third party warranty as aerial waive any liability of the supplier provided for in this Agreement, including warranty next in the warranty period.
