Đối tác phải chịu toàn bộ trách nhiệm đối với các thông tin được đưa lên gian hàng trực tuyến, bởi vì TRUSTshop không có nghĩa vụ giám sát và xóa các thông tin như mục 26.3. TRUSTshop sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm vì những thiệt hại đối với đối tác hay bên thứ 3 vì những thông tin không được xóa đó.
