II. Đánh giá độc lập

Định kỳ 3 năm 1 lần, hoạt động của Ban KTNB có thể sẽ được xem xét đánh giá độc lập bởi một tổ chức chuyên môn bên ngoài. Các thành viên của nhóm đánh giá bên ngoài phải đảm bảo không có xung đột lợi ích hiện hữu hoặc tiềm tàng đối với Ban KTNB.

Kết quả đánh giá nội bộ và đánh giá độc lập định kỳ phải được gửi lên Đơn vị chủ quản/Chủ đầu tư để đảm bảo rằng những đề xuất sẽ được thực hiện.

The members of the external evaluation team to ensure no conflict of interest or potential for the existing Ban KTNB.The results of internal reviews and periodic independent reviews must be submitted to owner/owner to ensure that the proposals will be implemented.

The results of internal assessment and periodic independent evaluations to be submitted to Managing Unit / Owner to ensure that these recommendations will be implemented.
