Sau 5 ngày kể từ khi hợp đồng đã được thực hiện và các bên đã hoàn thành đầy đủ nghĩa vụ của mình theo thoả thuận trong hợp đồng, nếu hai bên không có thêm thoả thuận hay tranh chấp gì thì hợp đồng coi như đã được thanh lý.
