Sau khi hoàn thiện hệ thống quản lý

Sau khi hoàn thiện hệ thống quản lý học sinh, bước tiếp theo tôi cần làm là thiết kế một màn mình trợ giúp người dùng dễ dàng sử dụng phần phềm. Nó sẽ hướng dẫn cụ thể cách sử dụng cho những người dùng chưa có kinh nghiệm. Màn hình trên vào sự giúp đỡ nên được chia thành 2 bộ phận là người chịu trách nhiệm của hệ thống và học sinh hoặc cha mẹ học sinh.
Màn hình trợ giúp sẽ giúp đỡ cho sinh viên, nhân viên dân phòng, kế toán. Nó sẽ cung cấp các thông tin cơ bản của hệ thống và sau đó cung cấp các thông tin chi tiết về mỗi chức năng trong menu qua.
Thứ hai là phụ huynh học sinh. Trên màn hình giúp đỡ cần phải cung cấp các thông tin cơ bản về hệ thống một cách dễ dàng để đọc tài liệu và giúp họ hiểu được toàn bộ hệ thống.

Bình thường cuốn sách văn bản trợ giúp là nơi chúng tôi lưu trữ các thông tin cơ bản về sản phẩm của tôi. Trên màn hình chủ yếu được sử dụng để hướng dẫn khởi động (tốt cho người đọc yếu). Một hướng dẫn khác có thể tương tác với người dùng có thể được hướng dẫn thông qua các thủ tục thao tác của bản thân ví dụ: "Bằng một giọng nói, cử chỉ hoặc hành động" .
