- Đẩy mạnh truyền thông, nâng cao nhận thức và trách nhiệm của các cấp, các ngành, địa phương và toàn xã hội về vị trí, vai trò của các ngành công nghiệp văn hóa trong phát triển kinh tế - xã hội; nâng cao nhận thức của các doanh nghiệp trong việc đầu tư cho văn hóa như là một phần chiến lược kinh doanh và thể hiện trách nhiệm với xã hội, cộng đồng;
- Huy động sự tham gia rộng rãi, có hiệu quả của các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng trong việc tuyên truyền, phổ biến các chủ trương của Đảng, chính sách pháp luật của Nhà nước về phát triển các ngành công nghiệp văn hóa.

Results (English) 1:

-Promote communication, awareness and responsibility of the ministries, local and whole society about the position, the role of the cultural industries in the socio-economic development; raise awareness of enterprises in the investment for the culture as a part of business strategy and social responsibility, community;-Mobilize broad participation, have the effect of the mass media in the dissemination of the propaganda of the Communist Party, the law of the State policy on development of the culture industry.

Results (English) 2:

- Promote communication, raising awareness and responsibility of all levels, branches, localities and society about the position and role of cultural industries in economic development - social; raise awareness of businesses in the cultural investment as part of business strategy and demonstrate social responsibility, community;
- To mobilize broad participation and efficiency of the method mass media in propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies of the State law on the development of cultural industries.
