Giả sử LC quy định ngân hàng ACB sẽ

Giả sử LC quy định ngân hàng ACB sẽ thanh toán theo cam kết trả sau vào ngày 2/5/2014. Nhưng do ngày 30/4 và 1/5 trùng vào T7 và CN nên ngày 2/5 được nghỉ bù. Như vậy ngày 3/5 NH sẽ thanh toán cho bên xuất khẩu. Như vậy có đúng hay ko?
