ngày 05/Sept, HHF have an offical Note to Navistar asking for 153 trucks chậm bởi lý do tàu hỏng. Chúng tôi biết rằng việc này là bất khả kháng. Tuy nhiên, HHF rất mong Navistar có sự trả lời chính thức việc chậm trễ này trong vòng 07 ngày và có giải pháp giải quyết cụ thể. bạn cũng đã biết tất cả lô hàng 1000 units chúng tôi đã đều thanh toán đủ cho phía Navistar và trong hợp đồng cũng yêu cầu hàng về đến cảng Hải Phòng trước 31/sept. Nếu hàng về chậm trễ chúng tôi cũng phải báo cáo Bank lý do 1 cách chính thức và phải điều chỉnh hợp đồng. Mọi rủi ro chậm chễ giao hàng sẽ có thể dẫn đến việc khó khăn trong open L/C trong thời gian tới hoặc các phí liên quan về L/C phía đầu Việt Nam sẽ có thể tăng cao.
