- Tổ chức mời thầu hoặc mời giá cạnh tranh.
- Kiểm tra, so sánh và đánh giá hồ sơ dự thầu.
- Tham gia xem xét và lựa chọn nhà thầu.
- Liên hệ và làm việc với các đơn vị trong danh sách dự kiến gửi hồ sơ chào thầu.
- Tiến hành các thủ tục đấu thầu.

-Coordinate with the departments of construction bidding for tenders details.-Collaboration with the project and the related departments to manage and select bids, bid, determine the standards, evaluation criteria and contractor selection. -Tender or offer prices. -Check, compare and evaluate the tenders. -Join the review and selection of contractors.-Contact and work with the unit in the list of scheduled send bids.-Conducting the tender procedure.

- Contact and working with the unit in the list is expected to send the tender dossier.
- Carry out procurement procedures.
