Lập tờ trình giải ngân, xuất, nhập tài sản, các giấy tờ có giá, bất động sản...trình cấp có thẩm quyền ký duyệt. Thực hiện công chứng, đăng ký giao dịch bảo đảm.
Phối hợp Chuyên viên Quan hệ khách hàng hỗ trợ hướng dẫn khách hàng (sao y hồ sơ tài sản bảo đảm, cập nhật các biến động liên quan hồ sơ của khách hàng...).
Hoàn tất các điều kiện phê duyệt. Lưu trữ, quản lý hồ sơ sau giải ngân
Thực hiện xuất, nhập, hồ sơ tài sản bảo đảm.
