Như bên trên đã nói tuy tiền lương , thưởng không phải là điều quan trọng nhất đến sự hài lòng công việc nhưng nó cũng là một phần ảnh hưởng đến điều đó . Vì khi họ bỏ công sức ra làm việc họ vẫn cần phải có thu nhập để trang trải cuộc sống sinh hoạt hàng ngày .Và qua phỏng vấn thì mọi người đều nhận xét là khá hài lòng với thu nhập hiện tại . Còn về lợi ích khác thì FPT là một nơi được biết đến là tuyệt vời để làm việc . Qua phỏng vấn chúng tôi đã biết được các cách thức để tạo động lực và sự hài lòng công việc cho nhân viên đó là tổ chức những buổi hoạt động nhóm , dã ngoại , du lịch dành cho nhân viên để tăng tinh thần đoàn kết và giải tỏa căng thẳng của công việc .

As above said although salaries, bonuses are not the most important thing to the satisfaction of the work but it is also a part to affect that. Because when they give up work out work they still have to have the income to cover daily living life. And through interviews, then everyone is quite happy with current income. What about other benefits, the FPT is a place known to be great to work with. Through interviews we've learned how to create motivation and job satisfaction for the employee that is hold group activities, picnic, travel for staff to increase solidarity and reduce the stress of the job.

As above mentioned, though salaries and bonuses is not the most important thing to job satisfaction, but it also is part of that influence. Because when they put effort into their work should still have the income to cover daily living life through interviews .And then everyone comments are quite satisfied with their current income. As for other benefits, the FPT is a place known to be great to work with. Through interviews we have learned the ways of motivation and job satisfaction for employees that is organizing the group activities, picnics, travel for employees to increase solidarity and relieve the stress of work.
