Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty trong từng giai đoạn;
Phân tích đánh giá kết quả việc thực hiện kế hoạch tháng, quý, năm. Trên cơ sở đó dự thảo báo cáo tổng kết kế hoạch quý, năm, rút ra những mặt mạnh, yếu, tìm nguyên nhân để phát huy ưu điểm, khắc phục nhược điểm.
Thống kê, tổng hợp tình hình thực hiện các công việc sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty và các công tác khác được phân công theo quy định;
