Vai trò của mô hình hóa và mô phỏng

Vai trò của mô hình hóa và mô phỏng giúp tiết kiệm được nhiều thời gian, tiền bạc và số lần thí nghiệm. Trong công nghiệp chưng cất, khi quá trình công nghệ không thể quan sát, khó có thể hiểu triệt để bản chất hoạt động của chúng thì mô hình hoá giúp chúng ta hiểu được bản chất nội tại đó. Trong ngành công nghiệp lọc hóa dầu, phần mềm để mô phỏng phổ biến hiện nay thường được sử dụng là ProII, Hysys… Tuy nhiên khi cần khảo sát các đặc tính động học thì chúng lại thiếu đi những công cụ mô phỏng nhận dạng, chẩn đoán quá trình như các bộ Fuzzy_Logic hay Neuron_Network. Vì lý do này tác giả đã chọn Simulink_Matlab làm công cụ mô phỏng nhằm khắc phục được các nhược điểm trên.

The role of modeling and simulation helps to save a lot of time, money and the number of experiments. Industrial distillation, as the process of technology cannot be observed, it is hard to understand thoroughly the nature of the chemical model helps us understand the intrinsic nature of that. In the petrochemical refining industries, software to simulate popular nowadays often used as ProII, Hysys and. .. However when the need to survey the dynamics they lacked the tools to simulate the process of diagnosis, identification as the Fuzzy_Logic or Neuron_Network. For this reason the author chose Simulink_Matlab as the simulation tools in order to overcome the above drawbacks.

The role of modeling and simulation saves time, money and number of experiments. In the distilling industry, the technological process can not be observed, it is difficult to understand thoroughly the nature of their activities, the model helps us understand the intrinsic nature of it. In the petrochemical industry, software to simulate popular nowadays often used as ProII, Hysys ... However, when examining the kinetic properties, they lack the tools to simulate recognition, diagnostic process as the Fuzzy_Logic or Neuron_Network. For this reason the author chose Simulink_Matlab simulation as a tool to overcome the above disadvantages.
