3.Thay đổi người được ủy quyền:
a) Giấy đề nghị thay đổi, bổ sung thông tin;
b) Giấy ủy quyền mới có ghi rõ việc huỷ bỏ hiệu lực của Giấy uỷ quyền hiện tại;
c) Giấy tờ tùy thân của người được ủy quyền mới theo quy định tại Điểm b, Khoản 1, Điều 9 Quy định này.
