Ngoài 09 hành vi bị cấm được quy định tại Điều 14 Luật Kế toán 2003, Luật Kế toán 2015 đã bổ sung một số hành vi bị cấm nhằm bảo đảm bao quát được tất cả các hành vi gian lận, sai phạm trong lĩnh vực kế toán, đồng thời tạo cơ sở pháp lý cho việc xử lý vi phạm như:
