Trong thời hạn hợp đồng, bên cho thuê có trách nhiệm thông báo bằng văn bản cho chủ đầu tư ít nhất 10 ngày trước ngày căn hộ được chuyển nhượng quyền sở hữu căn hộ, căn hộ sẽ không được cho bên thứ 3 thăm quan để chuyển nhượng trong khoảng thời gian khách thuê ở tại căn hộ.
Trong thời gian hiệu lực hợp đồng, bên cho thuê chỉ được chuyển nhượng quyền sở hữu căn hộ khi được sự chấp thuận bằng văn bản của chủ đầu tư và bên nhận chuyển nhượng quyền sở hữu căn hộ phải kế thừa toàn bộ quyền lợi và nghĩa vụ của bên cho thuê theo hợp đồng này.
