Khu A: Diện tích 152,33 ha, do công ty Cổ phần xây lắp Thừa Thiên Huế làm chủ đầu tư - Hiện đang tiến hành các thủ tục triển khai dự án.
Khu B và B mở rộng: Diện tích 147,17 ha, do công ty cổ phần Prime Thiên Phúc làm chủ đầu tư - Đã cơ bản hoàn thành các hạng mục hạ tầng thiết yếu để phục vụ các dự án đầu tư thứ cấp.
Khu C: Diện tích 100,7 ha, do công ty TNHH C&N Vina Huế - Hàn Quốc làm chủ đầu tư - Đã hoàn thành công tác đền bù GPMB, hiện đang triển khai các hạng mục hạ tầng theo qui hoạch.
KCN Phong Điền mở rộng: Diện tích 300 ha, do Tổng Công Ty Viglacera - CTCP làm chủ đầu tư - Đang tiến hành các thủ tục đền bù GPMB và triển khai dự án.
