Sau khi họp bàn triển khai các bước tiếp theo của dự án chúng tôi thống nhất với nội dung sau đây:
1. Liên doanh đồng ý giao cho Công ty TNHH Tài chính Bất động sản ký phụ lục hợp đồng với các cơ quan tư vấn thiết kế và trực tiếp thanh toán theo nội dung hợp đồng. Bên tư vấn thiết kế được hưởng thanh toán như sau:
- Lập dự án đầu tư thỏa thuận kiến trúc có tư vấn nước ngoài. Cơ quan tư vấn thiết kế được hưởng 75% giá trị thực hiện.
- Giai đoạn thiết kế lập dự toán, bản vẽ thi công. Công ty tư vấn hưởng 70% giá trị.

After the meeting to implement the next step of the project we are United with the following content:1. joint venture agrees to finance real-estate sign the appendix with the design agency and direct payments under the contract. Interior design consultants are entitled to payment as follows:-Establishment of investment advisory agreement with foreign architecture. Design agency is entitled to 75% of the value done. -Estimating design stage, construction drawings. Corporate Counsel entitled to 70% of the value.

Results (English) 2:

After meeting to discuss implementation of the next stage of the project we agreed with the following contents:
1. Venture agree to Company Real Estate Finance Ltd signed addendums to the advisory body design and direct payments under the contract contents. Interior design consultants are entitled to payment as follows:
- Preparation of project investment agreement architecture foreign consultants. Design consultancy agency is entitled to 75% present value.
- The design phase estimation, construction drawings. Consulting firm enjoys 70% of the value.
