Trong trường hợp mà đối tác vi phạm các điều khoản, hoặc tham gia bất kì hành vi lừa đảo hoặc vi phạm pháp luật nào trong việc kết nối với thành viên sử dụng Dịch vụ này, đối tác sẽ bảo hộ, bảo đảm và giữ cho TRUSTshop vô hại từ tất cả các khiếu nại, tổn thất, thiệt hại và chi phí phát sinh (bao gồm chi phí tòa án và chi phí luật sự) như là kết quả của các hành động đó.

In the event that a partner violates the terms, or participate in any fraud or violates any law in connection with members using this service, partners will protect, secure and hold TRUSTshop harmless from all claims, losses, damages and expenses (including court costs and attorney fees) as a result of the action.

In cases where partners violates the terms, or engage in any fraudulent practices or violations of law in connection with members using this service, partners will be protected, secured and maintained for TRUSTshop harmless from all claims, losses, damages and expenses incurred (including court costs and attorneys' fees) as a result of these actions.
