Trong thời hạn thực hiện hợp đồng này, nếu việc triển khai thực hiện gặp trở ngại hoặc các bên cần phải đáp ứng được các điều kiện hoặc lợi ích của một hoặc các bên bị ảnh hưởng do việc ban hành mới, sửa chữa, bổ sung, điều chỉnh quy định của pháp luật hoặc các quyết định nào của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền thì các bên có trách nhiệm nhanh chóng trao đổi để thống nhất thực hiện việc điều chỉnh cần thiết, nỗ lực để đạt được các điều kiện hoặc điều chỉnh hình thức hợp đồng phù hợp mà không làm thay đổi nội dung và mục đích của hợp đồng và không trái quy định của phảo luật. Thời gian xảy ra và thời gian để khắc phục sự kiện theo khoản này được trừ vào thời hạn các bên có trách nhiệm hoàn tất nghĩa vụ của mình theo hợp đồng này (nếu có)
