Tranh chấp giữa các Bên có liên doanh, hoặc phát sinh từ Hợp đồng trước hết phải được giải quyết qua thương lượng và hoà giải. Trong trường hợp các Bên tranh chấp vẫn không thoả thuận được với nhau thì vụ tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra Toà Án hoặc tổ chức Trọng tài do hai Bên thoả thuận).
- Bản án, quyết định có hiệu lực pháp luật Toà Án hoặc tổ chức Trọng tài do hai Bên thoả thuận là chung thẩm và các Bên phải tuân theo.
