Tại Phần I của Bản Tin Pháp Luật kỳ này, chúng tôi sẽ giới thiệu bài viết của Cô Phạm Trọng Thanh Thủy với tiêu đề “Chia tài sản chung trong thời kỳ hôn nhân - Nên hay không ”. Bài viết mong muốn chia sẻ ý nghĩa của những lợi ích bên cạnh những rủi ro gặp phải liên quan đến trách nhiệm của vợ, chồng trong việc đảm bảo thực hiện nghĩa vụ với bên thứ ba nếu thỏa thuận chia tài sản chung được pháp luật công nhận và được cụ thể hóa trong Luật Hôn nhân gia đình năm 2014. Chúng tôi hy vọng bài viết đã phân tích và đưa ra các giải pháp thực tế cho các cặp vợ, chồng và đem đến nguồn lực cho việc phát triển kinh tế của quốc gia trong bối cảnh nền kinh tế phát triển như hiện nay.

Legal newsletter 10/2015In part I of this Law Newsletter, we will introduce her article Pham Trong Thanh Thuy titled "Divide public property during the marriage-should be or not". The article desire share the meaning of the benefits besides the risks encountered in relation to the responsibilities of spouses in securing service with third parties if the agreement of common property recognized by law and normative family Marriage Law in 2014. We hope the article has analyzed and put forward practical solutions for the couples, the husband and to provide resources for the economic development of countries in the context of the developing economy like the present.
