5.12. Trường hợp tàu cập cầu sau 6 giờ không làm được hàng do thiếu thủ tục hay việc tranh chấp không phải lỗi do Bên B thì Bên A phải chịu khoản phí tàu chiếm cầu không làm hàng: 5.000.000 đồng/giờ.
