Mặc dù vậy, sự thay thế của nhân sự chủ chốt trong quá trình thực Hợp đồng có thể được xem xét chỉ dựa vào đơn đề nghị của Tư vấn và do hoàn cảnh ngoài sự kiểm soát hợp lý của Tư vấn, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn tình huống tử vong hoặc không đủ sức khỏe. Trong trường hợp này, Tư vấn sẽ ngay lập tức cung cấp như một người thay thế, một người có trình độ và kinh nghiệm tương đương hoặc tốt hơn, và có mức thù lao tương tự.

Even so, the replacement of key personnel in the course of the contract may be considered only based on simple suggestion of counsel and by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of advice, including but not limited to situations of death or not healthy enough. In this case, counsel shall immediately provide a replacement, a person who has qualifications and experience equivalent or better, and has a similar wage.
