Tình hình huy động vốn bằng vàng củ

Tình hình huy động vốn bằng vàng của OCB trong năm 2013 cũng không mấy khả quan, nhất là sau khi Ngân hàng Nhà nước (NHNN) đã ban hành Thông tư số 32 quy định về chấm dứt huy động và cho vay vốn bằng vàng của tổ chức tín dụng ngày 06/10/2011.

The situation of raising capital in gold of the OCB in the year 2013 is also not satisfactory, especially after the State Bank (SBV) has issued Circular No. 32 rules regarding termination of mobilization and lending of gold by credit institutions on 06/10/2011.
