41.2 Đối với Hợp đồng trọn gói, giá hợp đồng là cố định và được quy định trong Quy định riêng. Sự phá vỡ giá hợp đồng được quy định tại Phụ lục C. Bất kỳ sự thay đổi đối với giá hợp đồng có thể chỉ được thực hiện nếu các bên đồng ý với phạm vi sửa đổi của dịch vụ theo quy định tại Điều 16 Quy định chung và các bên đã có văn bản sửa đổi đối với TOR trong Phụ lục A.

Breaking the contract price specified in appendix c. any change with respect to the price of the contract can only be made if the parties agree with the scope of the services as defined in article 16 General provisions and the parties had written modifications to TOR in Appendix A.
