2. Các quyền và nghĩa vụ của Chủ đầu tư và Tư vấn sẽ được quy định trong Hợp đồng, cụ thể:

(a) Tư vấn sẽ thực hiện Dịch vụ tuân theo các điều khoản của Hợp đồng; và
(b) Chủ đầu tư sẽ thanh toán cho Tư vấn tuân theo các điều khoản của Hợp đồng.

2. The rights and obligations of investors and consultants will be stipulated in the contract, in particular: (a) the consultant shall perform the services subject to the terms of the contract; and (b) the owner will pay for counsel to abide by the terms of the contract.

(a) The Consultant shall perform the Services in accordance with the terms of the contract; and
