Theo Hợp đồng, nếu có yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư trao cho Nhà thầu quyền sử dụng bất cứ nền móng, kết cấu, nhà xưởng hoặc phương tiện tiếp cận nào theo đề nghị của Nhà thầu, Nhà thầu phải nộp những hồ sơ đề nghị này cho Chủ đầu tư hoặc Nhà tư vấn theo đúng thời gian và thể thức quy định trong hồ sơ mời thầu.
