Quy định về quản lý nhân tài và nhân sự tiềm năng quy định rõ định hướng, nguyên tắc, mục đích, trách nhiệm của các cấp Ngân hàng trong việc quy hoạch và phát triển nhân tài; xây dựng các tiêu chí, trình tự lựa chọn nhân sự; cụ thể hóa các cách thức đào tạo, bồi dưỡng phát triển nhân tài. Xây dựng lộ trình sự nghiệp cho các nhân sự HO và CN.
2. Các chương trình đào tạo: đào tạo Tân tuyển (cho nhân sự mới gồm cán bộ quản lý và chuyên viên, giai đoạn 2 tháng đầu nhằm hỗ trợ hòa nhập vào tổ chức bao gồm đào tạo lịch sử hình thành phát triển, mô hình tổ chức, văn hóa, các quy định nội bộ, quy định liên quan đến vị trí chức danh); đào tạo KHởi nghiệp (bổ sung kiến thức, kỹ năng đảm bảo đáp ứng các yêu cầu năng lực tại vị trí chức danh); đào tạo Cập nhật (cập nhật các xu hướng, sản phẩm, chính sách, quy định mới...).
