công việc chính mỗi ngày của tôi là chăm sóc khách hàng . Công việc mỗi ngày của tôi cụ thể như sau :
- đầu tiên tôi sẽ vào trang web chính thức của công ty , chọn phần đơn hàng và mở danh mục đơn đặt hàng .
- sau đó tôi sẽ nhấp vào từng đơn để xem là ngày hôm đó khách muốn xuất khẩu hay nhập khẩu , số lượng hàng cần xuất/ nhập .
- Tiếp theo tôi kiểm tra giá trị đơn hàng , phí dịch vụ giao hàng .
- Nếu đơn hàng có thể nhận được thì tôi sẽ gửi mail hoặc gọi điện đến khách hàng để xác nhận đơn hàng .
- Rồi đưa cho người hướng dẫn xem lại và in ( nếu có dai sót thì sửa lại rồi báo với khách )
- Cuối cùng tôi in thông tin đơn hàng và gửi đến bộ phận giao hàng .

The main task of my day is customer care. My daily work as follows:
- First I would on the official website of the company, check out the list of orders and open orders.
- Then I'll click on the menu to see the day that day want to export or import, the number of rows to export / import.
- Next I check the value of orders, delivery service fee.
- If the line can get it I will send mail or call power to the customer to confirm the order.
- then give the instructions to review and print (if any errors are corrected long before newspapers are provided)
- Finally I printed information and send orders to the delivery unit .
