Hệ thống quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ (RDBMS) là một hệ thống để quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ. Một RDBMS cần cho phép một người dùng để tạo một hoặc nhiều cơ sở dữ liệu và các đối tượng liên kết với cơ sở dữ liệu đó như là tables, relationships, views and queries.
