Một số ngân hàng đi trước đã thành lập trung tâm nghiên cứu phát triển thị trường, nhằm dự đoán tình hình kinh tế trong nước, sức phát triển của thị trường nhà ở, thị trường ô tô… vốn được coi là thị phần dành cho tín dụng cá nhân. Hiện tại, BIDV cũng đã chủ động hợp tác với ủy ban kinh tế trung ương, song cần phải chặt chẽ hơn, và có những thông tin, những dự báo riêng có của mình để có thể có được những hướng đi đúng đắn với nâng cao tín dụng cá nhân trong thời gian tới.
