Khi triển khai thực hiện hoạt động "Kinh doanh, cung ứng dịch vụ ngoại hối trên thị trường trong nước và trên thị trường quốc tế trong phạm vi do Ngân hàng Nhà nước quy định" Ngân hàng Nonghyup có trách nhiệm thực hiện đầy đủ các quy định về hoạt động ngoại hối và các quy định khác có liên quan của pháp luật hiện hành.

Cơ quan thanh tra, giám sát ngân hàng (Vụ giám sát an toàn hệ thống ngân hàng) có trách nhiệm giám sát việc Ngân hàng Nonghyup thực hiện điều 2 quyết định này.

Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký và là một bộ phận ko tách rời của giấy phép thành lập chi nhánh ngân hàng nước ngoài số 72 ngày..do thống đốc ngân hàng nhà nước Việt Nam cấp cho Ngân hàng Nonghyup.
