Về phía các đối tác cũng khẳng định, tiếp tục coi trọng và thúc đẩy quan hệ với ASEAN, ủng hộ vai trò trung tâm của ASEAN trong cấu trúc khu vực đang định hình cũng như ủng hộ nỗ lực xây dựng Cộng đồng, liên kết và hội nhập khu vực của Hiệp hội
