Qua phân tích đánh giá, khả năng xuất khẩu các mặt hàng thế mạnh của Việt Nam sang Hàn Quốc, đặc biệt là hàng nông thủy sản, công nghiệp chế biến sẽ có mức độ tăng trưởng nhanh trong thời gian tới và ngược lại những hàng hóa mà Việt Nam đang có nhu cầu nhập khẩu, phục vụ cho ngành công nghiệp điện tử, công nghiệp chế tạo và cung cấp nguyên vật liệu cho lĩnh vực dệt may, da giày, những mặt hàng mà Hàn Quốc có thế mạnh cũng sẽ gia tăng được khối lượng xuất khẩu vào Việt Nam, qua đó góp phần thúc đẩy công nghiệp chế biến, công nghiệp sử dụng nhiều lao động như dệt may, da giày của Việt Nam phát triển.

Có thể nói về tổng thể, những đối tượng được hưởng lợi của Việt Nam thông qua Hiệp định này là khu vực nông nghiệp, nông thôn, nông dân, khu vực công nghiệp chế biến, khu vực sử dụng nhiều lao động như dệt may, da giày. Đây là những lĩnh vực chắc chắn mà Hiệp định sẽ mang lại lợi ích rất lớn cho người lao động hoạt động trong lĩnh vực này.
