Phân tích SWOT:
 Điểm mạnh của doanh nghiệp: được sự hổ trợ tích cực của chính quyền địa phương. Công ty là doanh nghiệp đầu tiên tại Việt Nam áp dụng quy trình sản xuất sạch thân thiện với môi trường đáp ứng được những tiêu chuẩn về môi trường của EU cũng như xu hướng bảo vệ môi trường hiện nay. công ty cũng sẽ tiến hành ký hợp đồng thực hiện dự án Biogas từ nước thải. thế mạnh quan trọng nhất của công ty đó chính là vùng nguyên liệu rộng lớn đảm bảo cho công ty có thể sản xuất vào những tháng trái vụ. vì vậy, công ty sẽ đảm bảo việc đáp ứng tốt nhất nhu cầu của khách hàng và hệ thống sản xuất luôn vận hành.
 Điểm yếu của doanh nghiệp: là doanh nghiệp theo sau nên chưa có nhiều kinh nghiệm và đối tác làm ăn còn ít. Công tác quản lý việc bao tiêu sản phẩm, vận chuyển chưa thật sự nhịp nhàng, để đảm bảo sản xuất đều đặn. chưa có hệ thống phân phối cũng như đội ngũ nhân viên bán hàng tốt, chưa có thị trường và là thương hiệu hoàn toàn mới trên thị trường.
 Những cơ hội trên thị trường: ngành chăn nuôi ngày càng phát triển tại Việt Nam. Sự phục hồi của giá nhiều mặt hàng nông, lâm sản khác cùng với nguồn cung được dự báo giảm trong khi nhu cầu tiêu thụ ngày càng tăng là yếu tố giúp nâng đỡ giá thức ăn chăn nuôi trong thời gian tới.
