Khi phát hiện có người lạ vào khu vực làm việc của mình lập tức chặn lại xét hỏi (đi đâu, gặp ai, làm gì?), yêu cầu họ rời khỏi khu vực của mình và báo cáo cho Quản lý/nhân viên Bảo vệ ở vị trí gần nhất. Vật lạ là những vật không thuộc phạm vi sử dụng của bộ phận mình, vật chưa từng thấy/sử dụng từ trước đến nay
